The tragedy at Virginia Tech is on everyone’s mind these days, with questions such as, “How could we have known this was coming?”and “What could we have done to prevent it?” rising to the forefront. Right now, we are treating the civil liberties of the mentally ill as being more important than their sanity. We can do better. Read on to find out more on this pressing issue.
